COULD NOT DL FTP UPDATE

    Please help!!! I tried to log on to ftp and was prompted to update, when I tried to update it would not work, said try again later. I then uninstalled and tried to reinstall the fulltilt software and it will not even download. Everything was working perfect until prompted to install update. Any suggestions in solving this prob would b greatly appreciated.

    I suggest being patient since everyone and their dogs downloading it at the same time.

    also having this exact same problem... cant even INSTALL FTP NEMORE! wtf is the problem here!? ftp doug please tell us that this will b fixed asap?

    When the small update box appears after attempting to open FTP,wait about 20 seconds before clicking to continue with the update.This worked for me after 3 failed attempts.

    Right click on FTP icon and run as administrator.Should work fine after that.

    I uninstalled ftp to install with new update and same as op. Wont even download at all from ftp website. Did same thing at work about 4pm and I was able to reinstall with new update no problem. Am running same av software on both computers, so thats not it. Kat

    This is what i had to do after numerous fails and it worked. This new fulltilt software sucks imo, i like the old better

    I managed to download but the software now runs extreeeemley s-l-u-g-g-i-s-h, it freezes all the time. Other pokersites still run fine. GG Full Tilt :-(

    Ok I was having the same problem as everyone here and this is what i did. I am a computer noob and my friend knew what to do so i cant give specifics but here goes. What he did was send me the exe. file for full tilt poker setup thru instant messenger. No idea where he found it or any other way to send it but i was as frustrated as it gets and this worked instantly for me.

    Same prob for me. Asks me to update, I click OK and the program exits lol. tilt is definitely effed up atm .
