While I agree with most everything he said about many of the players that have faired well online will do well live. To me this isnt really any kind of a bold prediction but rather common sense since there are just soooo many online players now.
I also wonder do many of these players consider themselves "online players" or do they just look at themselves as poker players. Take guys like Bax, Poker Ho, or Gank....they've played in a ton of live events. I don't look at them as "online players" I look at them as badass poker players.
I'm a noboby but I played tons of hours live in cash games before I ever played online. Now I play much more online because...well I moved to Texas and that's really my only option if I want to play regular games. Even though I play mostly online now I don't consider myself an "online player".
