    Well, yeah!! I think if your flop bet is called then you will probably have to see a turn!

    why is that the part of the sentence you focused on? "to determine whether we want to continue with the hand" is the key part of that sentence.

    Haha, yea. so the operative part of the sentence was that second part. The point is that its a dangerous board, and if a 7 of diamonds falls, then we feel alot better about it than a 6 of spades; we pretty much always want some money to go in on all but the worst of flops, and the turn is going to be the determinant factor in whether or not we want to put in the rest of our stack. hope that's helpful.
