Cronk Disaster at the WSOP

    Day 1d im cruising with 80k in chips when a huge stack of about 100k gets moved to the table.

    blinds are 200 400 and new guy makes it 3k under the gun. i have cronks on the button so i make the call assuming he has a big hand and im trying to flop a cronk set.

    boom, the flop come 8 3 cronk. guy bets 6k on the flop i raise to 15, he moves all in, i beat him into the pot with my 3 cronks. i expect him to turn over AA insted its 88 for the higher set. and im out.

    as im leaving guy next me to me is like only a dumbass would call a 3k raise with cronks and i tell him mind his own business or ill jack him in the face. he is like blah blah you played it horible guy next to him agrees, i storm out of room instead of getting violent.

    end of story.

    In this day and age, if you want to make a word stick in popular culture, why not add it to the Urban Dictionary? Anyone can do it, and since I couldn't find anything on Google relating cronk to poker, other than FTP player Del Cronk, I thought I'd check there for one last try.

    I just read all the other cronk threads. the common theme seems to be NOT telling what cronks are. Its def. nothing 88+ or 33. Im guesing 55 cuz one post suggested it could be a straight card too.
