I won't say your never good here. I've seen these spots before where both could be sitting on A10 here. It's a drawy board too, so one having a big 10 and one having a club draw (or straight draw) isn't out of the question.
Problem I have here is, do you really want to bet your stack on a hand that you wouldn't be in if it wasn't a blind? I really don't, and under your best case scenarios, your going to have to fade a ton of outs.
Considering all that, I think you fold, knowing you could be best here.
