    Out of curiosity, does anyone think the $6.5M # is real? If so, over what period of time? Was he being backed by anyone? David also never seems to chat when playing.
    Either way, within a month can see him trying it again at high levels on FTP..

    yea It's probably real. He's supposedly owed a lot of money to a lot of people for a long time.

    Sick.. Anyone track how much pro's like Gus/David/Ivey have won/loss on big cash games in 2007? I imagine Ivey is ahead? Its interesting to see how live players "adjust" to the internet game, seems to sometimes work better vice versa..

    Dexter, based on what you are saying, he must have been staked for most of it? Can't see anyone burning through what is a significant amount of money when they owe others probably less than this..

    Sick either way.. Its also good for FTP's site that both him and Gus play alot of high limit games, I wonder if they are given any additional incentive to play, etc.

    I don't really know any details but it was probably a combination of staking deals and loans from multitple people that he lost. I think he has a pit game probem too. Somebody that knows more will probably chime in if we keep this thread going long enough

    I think $5.9M of it comes from when he mistakenly clicks the "Hold Em" tab instead of the "PLO" tab in the Lobby.

    He said this two days ago and has been on everyday since then. Although, instead of buying in for 16k, he's only doing 8k now. It basically all goes to Patrick anyway.

    Hi Folks, Highstakespokerdb tracks a lot of the nosebleed games on ftp. Last time i checked db was up 2 Million in plo and down 1 Milllion in nlh for the year. He also plays a lot of limit holdem (overall loser i think), omaha high/low (he's supposed to be one of the best) and some horse all of which they don't track.

    I don't think he is down 6.5 Million, break even at worst. His problem is that he seems to have a bad game selection, he almost plays anyone at any game at any limit. If he'd stick to plo and omaha high- low he'd do a lot better imo (at least he stopped  playing nlh for a while now, but still loses shitloads of money to hoss_tbf and others in 1k/2k limit).

    By the way: Ivey and Antonius are doing well (although Ivey was on a downswing the last months), the biggest loser is noatima (it's believed to be Guy Laliberte).

    I was shocked myself. I have always seen him in high limits with 2-3 BIs. He may be playing somewhere else...

    Also Antonius is the Best online Cash Game player ATM
