  2. Abso Shove.

Am I missing something? Top pair with nut flush draw. Are you putting him on pocket Kings?
  3. Couldn't imagine what he'd be shoving with this deep that doesn't have me crushed, do you?

  4. Im snap calling here.
  5. i mean yea your even money to a set not sure how you don't get it in. UL if his set holds. Although i'd try to be the one making the last bet not calling here.
  6. yeah I'm still calling
  7. Absolutley this is a great flop for my hand and as played I want both players in this pot but once he shoves, it looks exactly like he's shoving to protect a set or making me pay to draw out on his baby flush. Can we call profitably this deep stacked in this spot?

A baby flush does not come along for that preflop action. Neither does 24, K2, K4 and rarely 22 or 44. KK sure could. But even then you've got 12 outs to a monster stack that will put you in great position to win the tournament.

Think about what else he could have other than hands that are ahead. He could have AK often, in which case you have him mauled.
  9. I didn't think so either, but I call and he flips over 44.... The crap thing about it is that three hands earlier I had QQ beat by JJ for another huge pot and that drove my decision to call but in hind sight it was the wrong call. No one in their right mind is ever bluffing here. Best case scenario he has KQ with the Qs. Maybe AK a small percentage of the time. I think KK, 22 and 44 are in there even though they should be folding 22 and 44 to my 3 bet.... Pretty tilting to be that deep and lose two 80/20's after running like absolute garbage all day long.

  10. Please never ever ever ever fold this. In a 3$ tourney this guy could have literally anything(KQ, KxQs, AK, KJs, KJ, hell he could even have complete air with a random spade if hes stupid just trying to make a play). Cant isolate his range to 22 44 and even if he has that you still have outs.
  11. never folding..top pair with the nut flush draw.usually villian has top pair with the flush draw, KQ,KJ..
he would have shove pre with KK. so maybe a set.

but even if he has a set.u can still catch up..

just ul that the deck ran out i guess..
  12. Raise to 31,500 preflop.

  14. Tough luck sagan.
Hes gambled pre flop & its paid off big time.
Its the same old story, its hard to apply logic in the micros.
You see hands played all the time, that take your breath away, their so bad.
So when your faced with a decision like this, its are they decent or a complete idiot, take your pick!
You sorta know your beat, but it makes you press the trigger anyway.

    nice level
  16. Yeah, Ray. I think you summed it up nicely. It's really just a spew or the nuts and I got buzz sawed. Rush tourney's don't leave you a lot of time to deliberate either so I normally go with my first notion and that was to call. Had I taken a second I probably would have folded but I still agree that a fold is bad, But in this situation where I'm so deep I think i can make up for it... Unulcky I guess..
