Deposit issue with FTP.. 5 days and waiting

    Last week I deposited $50 using an all access gift card. I checked the status and it was put on hold for 3 days. Then yesterday it was finally processed. The thing is, is that it was deducted from my card but not put into my account. I have sent 4 emails trying to resolve the issue with no response over the last week. Hopefully one the FTP people come across this email and can help me.

    There response time is real bad , your lucky you get a email back in 1.5 weeks, isnt that there job there, well i guess what do you want for min wage..
