However, if he is asking whether or not is correct to stack off w/ 1010 here after utg shoves 11700 into 950 with the bb still left to act, then I say sure go ahead. No hand makes sense for utg to be doing this so i would stack off.

You were right all the way i was looking for both spots.

  2. And to answer your 2nd question yes Q9s should be calling there all day, he's getting 3:1 on his money and with a world draw that is mathematically correct.

i could see the guy havin an up and down draw and a flush draw here, lookin forward to the rest.

i may consider folding bottom set. ur callin off ur whole stack with no odds and the
4th best hand. It does seem like it may be aces tho (the dude that shoved)

    3:1?
  5. I was the guy in this hand holding the Qs9s.

I remember the chip stacks and bet sizing differently than the original poster though. I thought the initial raiser had fewer chips than you and I did. You were ~ 12,000, I was ~ 10,000 and the initial raiser only had about half our stacks. And post-flop, I didn't think the initial raiser open-shoved, but I could be wrong on that. I do agree that I had to call both of your all ins, and that's what made the decision so tough for me.

Hitting your last out on the turn was sick. The only thing sicker was me then hitting my last out of the river.
