Dise "cashout review"???????????

    Has anyone else had this problem cashing out with Paradise? If so, how long will they hold my before the release my funds?

    Was the cashout a significant amount of money?

    I've cashed out a few 200-300 dollar transactions over the last week and it was my account the next morning...

    ive been trying for weeks to cash out. ive emailed them and have tried multiple times to cash out but none of them have worked. i dont know what to do

    Its only for a few hundred, but since it is my first cash out there, it may have slowed the process, as I'm sure they want to make sure I am who I say I am. The CS at 'Dise has been very helpful by keeping me updated throughout, and since I first posted they have assured me that the cash should hit my neteller acct. in a few. To the other poster, I would advise emailing them and explaining your situation, and asking for an update in a polite ( not saying you weren't, or aren't) way and they seem willing to help.

    Their cashier seems to be going downhill.

    About 1 year ago I cashed out about $3k by cheque and it arrived in the UK within 7 days. About 1 month ago I cashed out $500 by cheque. 2 weeks later the cheque hasn't arrived and my balance is $0 so I try to deposit and it says that my cashout is still under review. Don't really know what the problem is but if it makes you feel any better i'd guess it is a paradise wide issue and not just on your account.

    I recently cashed out a large sum in numerous 1-2k chunks via firepay. No problems whatsoever.

    Note: "Large sum" = brag post. I own!

    Show off...........lol. I'm gonna play in their 1k freeroll and win it today so that'll be good. Positive thinking= gg me, I'm sure. BTW Neteller acct received the cash so its all cool.
