  1. No real background on the villain but ive noticed at this level
on full tilt that ton and i mean tons of players min raise or even limp
than if they get raised they reraise there aces so i immediately thought aa or kk and at worst ak
at no point did i think there was another possibility

as the hand plays out i hope i can check down or not get allin
i think the alarm bells really go off when he checks the flop and half bets the turn
the only reason i called the turn was hoping to catch the case king
but than i realized im to commited to make this fold in a cash game
in a tourney i would make this fold

  2. You cannot fold this hand period. This is a hand you will 99% of the time win big with. Over the long run if you look at the amount of money you make with a hand like this it will be very high. You just got unlucky this time. Never fold this.
  3. I think this is a must call
  4. I swear, every hand I see with KK always has people want to fold them to aces.

Yours goes one step farther, you caught your set of Kings and you ran into aces.

Ok, what sort of read did you have. How long have you played with this guy? Why does he have to have AA here and not AK? How about AQ, is it impossible that he has 33 or even a QJ, Q10, JQ.

You played this so passively. You checked on the flop and checked on the turn. He fires out an overpot bet on the turn, after you show weakness, it looks like a buy. Why not a busted flush draw here?

I want to know how you knew he had AA, as opposed to just fearing the one hand that can beat you here.

I think you really slowplayed yourself into trouble here. That was a draw heavy board, you need to be betting out. You could easily be losing on the river there, but AA isn't your biggest concern.

Now, you had AA. If you actually had an amazing read, then fold. But, I don't see how you could have possibly had that read from this hand. Plus, not a ton of people have long histories together at the 25cent/50cent level. Not only do you call here, I think you could have repopped all in on that river (after betting down), figuring there is a good chance your ahead, and when you lost the money, you call it a cooler.

There is no way from this hand that you should be even thinking of folding that hand.
