  1. I saw Gank talking about it today at a 100 rebuy, seems that it was a big of an argument, but he brings up a good point.

If your in for 1000-1400$ on ONE 100 rebuy Tourny and there is usually 2 of these per day, means you probably in per month for over 20-30 k easily . You would have to at least win 1 100 rebuy a month just to break even.

In the long haul the Pokerdb will "not" calculate that you rebought up to $1000. I think Gank said it limits it at 500 spent on rebuy.

Any thought on this ?? Are some of these pros just breaking even ??
  2. well, first, they will still "have an roi"

second, it doesn't calculate up to $500 per player, it averages the buyin over all the players in the tournament. if there's 100 players and 150 buyins/rebuys then each player is in for 150$ according to thepokerdb.

    third, gank whines a lot
  3. It averages the buy-in of all players???????? Egad! How lame! That means I'm either better, or worse, than I thought I was.

    Probably better.

  4. I average around 700-800 at most per tourney. This month I've been going a little crazy cause I'm running well and for the plb thing but I'd still say its one of my most profitable tourneys. I don't really think many players rae really averaging 1000-1400 in every tourney.

But yes, thepokerdb's stats for most of the 100r regulars are misleading.
