  3. Nope he dont have to call..
Potodds is overrarted at some points

  4. i agree RIVER...BUt would u call here....all these crazy math nuts would say YOU HAVE TO CALL and im curious wat top players--like urself--would do//think

  5. yes he should have called

  6. Easy fold to me. He got caught, and like you said, he probably has to go runner-runner. No point in throwing away 1/6 of his remaining stack on a prayer in a tournament situation. Lay it down and stop the bleeding.

And pot odds aren't just overrated in tournament situations... sometimes they're downright useless
  7. Pot odds are never useless. If you think so, you don't really understand how to use them.
  8. Hard to say for me i ofen dont put myself in that situation first of all so hard to tell what i down there..
But very possible i fold depends on how many tourneys i play i guess=)

  9. Pot odds are always useful in cash games. In tournament situations there are times when pot odds should be ignored in favor of surviving. Unless you're a tournament theorist with the "numbers above all else" mentality, it's hard to argue that pot odds justified a call in this situation.

EDIT: In my humble opinion :D
  10. pot odds r overrated and overrused on many cases...alotta online players thinks thats what its all about and make some horrendous calls.
  11. i call
  12. Yep some make "potodds" call on very low blinds with a good stack just becouse they perhaps have odds for it..
If you belive you can play no need to do those calls..
And i agree i have odds call come so ofen now and from all kind of shithands
