$150 buy-in tournament at the Venetian. 7,500 starting chips, 30 minute levels. We're in level 3, 100/200, with pretty standard play so far at the table. In the BB with AA and about 5,500 chips. Three people limp, including the SB. I raise to 1,000, two of the limpers fold, SB calls. Pot is 2,400. Flop comes T82 rainbow. SB checks. I push for 4,500. SB tanks then calls showing 99. (Of course he hits 7T for runner, runner str8). Did my push on the flop induce a call from the SB, thinking I'm bluffing with AK? Better to make a smaller bet on flop and push on turn? Or good play, bad beat, gg? Thoughts?

I think you're overestimating how often someone puts you on AK here when you jam your entire stack for your tourney life. I'd much rather make a weak continuation bet something like 1,250 giving him some fold equity on a CRAI. Even if you think he's going to put you on AK, he can only call if he has a pair/set, you're giving him no chance to bluff at the pot. Betting and giving him the chance to bluff allows you to get maximum value from his entire range and not just his mid+ pairs.
