I'd reship imo. While you do have to worry about the big stack, he would have to have a big hand to call. You would be 4bet shoving with 40BB's, which would force john n okc to have a real hand more importantly, QQ KK or AA. He might call with AK or AKs, but overall with the amount of chips in the pot you are getting significant pot odds to race, and if john n okc folds, you still have 7k in chips if you lose. UTG's shoving range includes too many hands not to race against, and the hijack's 3bet shoving range, while definitely stronger, still doesn't include overpairs often enough to fold. The pot odds are decent enough to go with it. If he has an overpair, oh well. While winning the pot is definitely preferred, you still have enough chips after losing the pot to stay in the game.

Thanks for the feedback, I appreciate it

disagree with Jbravo slightly. 3 way here, JJ is behind and dominated enough to be -ev. What are you ahead of? Me thinks the results influenced his play. 4bet shoving will be giving the other two in the hand odds to call and you have just created a huge pot to gambol on.
easy fold imo. I think you played it correctly. The others in the hand, not so much.
good luck. -
I would also get in the hand .. the initial shover has a very wide range considering his stack size..obv the 2nd raisser knows this and would take advantage with a mediocre hand, but something he believes could be ahead of the initial shovers range. 88 aq aj ect...... IF the 2nd to act flats that reaks of kk aa ect.. i believe you shuoldget in there because hey we are playing for first place right.. ! :) GL
