I was listening to the ESPN Poker Edge podcast today and it was talking about one player at the end of Day 2b being extremely short stacked ($1600, I think) and the table letting him stall until the end of the session.
The player was asked why he wanted to get to Day 3 with such a short stack.
The player said he was hoping that when the seats were drawn for Day 3 that he'd get seated at the ESPN Feature Table and that was paying a couple of grand.
Did I misinterpret what Feldman was saying? Do players get a bonus for sitting at the featured table? -
The site that he qualified on, not ESPN
-
think he probably meant that he would be paid to wear a site's gear at that table
