    My post about Dsnyder was my first ever post on P5s. I simply wrote it to warn all of you backers about a dishonest player. I don't think you need my to tell you that every single thing he said in his defense is a lie. 100% fabricated. The truth is Dsnyder and I have briefly spoken twice since the stake began on July 9, despite the fact that i have tried contacting him upwards of 30-40 times. The first time I saw him playing tournies I was not staking him for, I asked him to not do that anymore. The next time that I tried corresponding with him which was probably about a week later I asked him for the stake back and he did not respond. I have not spoken to him since then so anything else he said that I said is a lie. It can't even be a misunderstanding. We haven't even spoken! I have tried calling him on multiple different phone numbers to see if he would pick them up because he was ignoring my phone number but he ignored those too. I then saw he was playing the 300 1R,1A FTOPS which was only about a week ago. I figured I would try IMing him once more since I knew he was there, even though I didn't expect a response. When I IMed him that little message at the bottom of the window came up saying that he was typing for a second then he quickly backspaced and stopped typing LOL. I then said something like I know you are there and just asked him for the money back. He said if that's what you really want then fine I'll send it back. Then he warned me and blocked me and I haven't spoken to him since lol. Anything else he says that we spoke about is a lie as he has not contacted me. Oh, we also made an agreement that he was going email me an update which listed all of his tournies that he played in during the stake and which place he got. I asked him multiple times for this email and never got one.

    I will admit I made a huge mistake for staking someone I didn't know all that well. I also made a mistake for not having a contract or whatever. I guess I learned my lesson. I fact is I thought he was a friend and I was doing a friend a favor. I have never been staked in my life so I don't have much experience with it. I built up my BR through cash games which makes me ever more of a noob with the whole tourney staking thing.

    This was my first ever thread on pocket fives and I started it simply to let you stakers know that he was not a good candidate. Anyone who knows me (which is not that many people in the online tourney community) will let you know that I am honest and as far from a scammer or a thief that you could be.

    I will not be posting about this silly discrepancy anymore, I just thought the truth should be told.

    I still dont see why you guys dont just verfity the tournies he was supposed to be staked in through DB, OPR, etc.
    This should be an easy dispute to resolve......

    Apparently you didn't get the part that he won't talk to me. I am blocked from his AIM and he won't pick up my phone calls or respond to my voicemails.

    Just post the tournies he played during the times you were supposed to be backing him.....if those tournies dont show up then WALAA....we know he is lying and the burden will be on him to prove he didnt screw you out of 6K.

    Snyder is obv a dirtbag who should not be dealt with in any financial agreement. His statements from the other post don't add up in the least. Thanks for warning everyone Dorin.

    I especially liked when Snyder wrote, "I wouldn't won't to tarnish my reputation for only 6k". Well if that is the case just give him the money back.

    He was also able to play in 200+ tournies with his own money/stake other players! If he can do that and if 6k is such a small amount to him he could give it back. Truth is he was obviously lying and obviously bad at the lies he told. Stupid thing to try to pull in a forum full of poker players.

    Well your sweet revenge might come if you are ever audited and you have declared this as a loss, since apparently this guy doesn't pay taxes.

    BTW, karma/charma is a bitch, what comes around goes around, knowing that should bring some closure, bc trust me, anything you do to someone will be reciprocated twice as bad to that dirtbag wiesel named dsnyder.

    Dorin is a friend of mine and I would just like to add that he is 100% a trustworthy and honorable guy. I have never met someone in the poker community as giving and cool as he has been. He has helped me out with poker as well as lending/trading money, swapping, and just been a cool friend. Scott would be the last person I would ever think of doing anything shaddy in this community. Keep on crushing buddy.
