    the site crashed on monday around 2 pm eastern time, not just for me, for everyone, it was down over 2 hours, i had just signed up for 2 SnGs a $20+2 and a $10+1 when it crashed, first i was told i had to wait for it to come back up, then i was told to email for a refund, ive sent 10 emails and talked to thier support live and online,they all say its coming, well here it is thursday and its still not here, i think its a little rediculous for a major site to conduct business in this manner, its only $33 but still, i have no idea if i am even getting this credit as they dont even respond to emails anymore, wtf.

    the company that does their cage is god awful.i think its called platinum poker or something.

    i just want to let everyone know how shady Doylesroom.com support is,they are saying all refunds have been issued and i need to email again, and they always respond to emails when they havent responded to half of mine, basically spent 20 minutes arguing with the guy on the phone and he wouldnt even look up my tournament history or anything
