My account was locked on Saturday. In their response to my email they asked for my password among other things. I immed thought I was being scammed, but the email address checked out.
Apparently Doyle's Room can request your pw over email or phone and if you don't give it to one of their flunkies you can't get your account unlocked.
Am I the only one not happy about this situation? Passwords are supposed to be encrypted, employees of poker rooms aren't supposed to see customer's pws ever.
The email exchange is below:
<span>I called supportand was told to email security. My account is locked, let me know what isneeded to resolve the issue asap. Thanks

Agree. requesting passwords is super sketchy. How is this not an automated email thing where they send you your PW to your registered email like everything else???
-
doyles room is not a good site
-
fuck any site that allows US players but not us Jersey trash
-
That's pretty bush league if it's not a phishing attempt.
