  1. I knew that I was behind the minute he raised...but in my mind I thought..He is on a flush draw and wants to push me out of the hand...unless he has a set...I thought this very thing...but this is the deepest I have went in one of these tournaments..I was playing well and my hands were holding up...made a couple of good lay downs..Maybe after four hours I was just getting tired...but Geeze I feel like a dummy.

Anyway here is what happened...Should I have layed this down or is it understandable?

if we check n it goes bet/call/fold...do we still call?

  5. Just as you were thinking he's on a flush draw and wants to push you out, the other side of the coin is he's betting that much because he has a set or two pair and he doesn't want you drawing to a flush.

That big of a raise from a tight player should make this a b/f imo if you had a read on him as tight.
  6. leading is just weird if u don't want to get it in, bet folding seems aweful

  7. It was a Rush Tournament and I had no read on him at all...and I was getting tired too. I think I just lost focus. Thank you all for your replies.
