  2. ? seems pretty standard for a HU PLO game, especially since the pot wasnt that big (<100 BB)
  3. that call/play is only standard in 1c/2c plo...

  4. This was definitely a "close your eyes and pray" type of call here by durrr, however the OP is trying to insinuate that this is some sort of magical read/see through your opponents soul kind of call here. I would bet that durrr also made this call with the assumption that he has the losing hand a good majority of the time. So what happens then when the villian shows KK or a bigger flush, do we still see the post?

I still think its a standard hand that you will see time and time again in HU PLO whether its 200/400 or 1c/2c. Contrary to how you feel about the amount of money on the table, this is a completely standard sized pot and not a very big one at that.
  5. LOL @

"I would bet that durrr also made this call with the assumption that he has the losing hand a good majority of the time."

    You're right. Durrr hates money.

  6. this single hand alone means absolutely nothing...
  7. LOL @

    Your ignorance and stupidity.

You can make this call here and have the worst hand more than 55% of the time and still make it a profitable move. So durrr can know that there is actually a greater chance his hand ISNT good here and still make this call profitably. Trust me, his call here wasnt an "I KNOW im good here" move.
  8. i think what your failing to take into account is player tendecies/history. your 45% equity determination of durr's hand is arbitrary without this information.

  9. This thread is garbage, it's one hand in a HU match, who cares?

  10. i honestly dont see anything crazy about this hand...
  11. Well usually when the flop and turn action are check-check then you get some crazy bet-raise river scenario it's not flush over XXXX, but Durrrr is the awesome and I am the suck, so this is probably pretty yawn for him, plus WhoTF is Golster?

    edit:

plus the flop didnt even get checked, I was kidding before.
  12. Of course, especially since its a HU match. I was simply trying to show that you can know your opponent beats you here more often than not and it can still be a profitable play.

On a side note, you think durrr KNEW he was good here yet still timebanks it and has to think about the decision before calling? It was by no means a snap call.
  13. correct. The decision would be closer if he considers his equity is less than the pot is offering.

  14. dam and theres me thinking he made a call with 77 or something..
  15. I think the hands pretty sick. Great call by Durrrr etc etc. Golser is repping a huge hand here... Although I dont know his game at all, and obv. Durrr does. I still dont think this call is close to being "standard". He only beats a bluff.
  16. Delete this thread please

  17. wooooow what a thuper duper call!
  18. only thing i learned in this thread is that jeremy is a dumbass
  19. An excellent call, but not necessarily a soul read or anything, given Golser's line he's ruled out 99 or 95 and Golser's not checking the turn behind with an unhoused 5 and KK is 3-betting pre. Given these facts, he's only beat by a better flush or 22 (which definitely is out on that flop).

I don't get the river lead by him here. It seems too big given his hand to be a v-bet and his hand has obvious showdown value. Then again, I don't play HU PLO often (usually 6-max or 9-max). But on a difficulty scale, this call is probably a 6.

    Thoughts on the river lead?
  20. The point of this thread is............?
