  1. I had a feeling i was gonna bust here mainly cuz i hate QQ, but i tried to not that influence the way i played the hand. The min reraise pre to me let me know he was strong, but honeslty ive seen that done many times with hands like AQss and AK.

After the J high flop, and blank turn i wouldnt let myself fold the overpair vs this specific field.

i know its early, so i coulda just folded the flop or turn, or just called the turn and called a river bet, but i donnno.

  2. You sound really unsure, so why not just flat call on the end? There's a lot to be said for losing the minimum with an overpair. Not saying I could/would in this case, especially in the $1M early on, but still...
  3. My guess is if he flat calls turn he loses most of stack to call river bet anyway, unless a K or A hits and he can get away from it
BTW: i just had a guy mini reraise with AJ off in the BB in the Sunday mil...so yeah, in this particular tourney that can mean NOTHING

  4. just bad luck.not much u can do in this tourney. I feel like u most of the time. but then 90% of the time i see a hand that makes no sense:S :)

  5. I probably flat call turn, call river... If he shoves the river I probably fold but its tough vs. this field. What do you think he'll call you with that you have beat when you shove the turn?

  7. This is easy bet hard on teh flop then fold if he comes over the top. The only hands that come over the top have you beat anyways so its pretty easy play.
  8. i don't know i had a guy put in a third raise from bb in bodog 100k today after i reraised utg+1 with ak. we go to showdown bb has kjo

  9. Yeah I think you really have to bet the flop here, and if he flat calls or re-raises be prepared to dump it.
