read on villain: after 23 hands, he was 13.0/4.3
  2. EASY Fold.

I actually suggest that small medium pairs be played passively if at all with your stack size. You really don't have a stack to raise-fold with bb=100. A standard raise commits almost 25% of your stack. Probably should be in push-fold range with 13 to 14 bb.
  3. Easy call unless villain has been playing super-tight (I don't know what 13/4.3 means, I don't have these tracking programs, I just watch my opponents).

You'll be racing here about 90% of the time against a regular opponent, you may even be way ahead of a lower pair.

If you fold here and leave yourself with 1K chips, the best you can hope for is to get into a race and win so why not take the race now while you have more chips? Forget about trying to win the SNG without going to showdown. Not even one player has been eliminated yet and the Ms are really low. Sattelite strategy does not come into play yet.

If you double here, you should have an 85 to 90% chance of winning the SNG if you use your big stack well.
  4. interesting spot..

what would be better here open shoving or open folding? i dont think that anything else should be considered.

i tend to open shove but i dunno know pretty early pos and stll 10 handed. i think 7 or 8 handed its a much clearer shove...

  5. I like open shoving better than the 3x raise. As played, I think the OP has to call here.
  6. Open shove that and spare yourself the agony of the decision there. It's shove or fold pretty much, set mining costs too much of your stack so limp probably bad play as well
  7. Open folding is pretty spewy here. If you are going to raise with 99 here, you have to be willing to get it in or just fold pre. Either raise call or shove pre, but folding here is bad.
  8. open folding this hand is 100% acceptable, imo.

How is folding "spewy"? What exactly are you spewing?

You're missing an opportunity to pick some much needed chips.
Perhaps spewy is not the right term.

    However, raise/folding is spewy.

Open folding and Raise/folding are two different things...
  11. how "much needed" are these chips? I say that they are not that needed where we have to raise with nines in this spot.

    Personally, I fold this hand.

The pot is 250 so OP has an M between 5 and 6. We haven't even taken into account that the blinds will go up in a couple of minutes to 75/150/20 and his M will be about 4.

He is lucky enough to pick up a premium hand in 3rd position with 2 folds in front of him. Can he reasonably expect to find a better spot than this?
If he lets this go, he'll probably be forced to make a move with a worse hand with a lower M. Maybe his position will be better and his opponents will fold to his push, but there can be no guarantee of that.

If he pushes here, he can probably take down the pot without a fight 80 to 90% of the time. The times he does get called, he'll frequently be a slight favorite over AK or AQ.
