EDIT: Not getting paid for my 2nd $530 UB seat?

    I recently won my 2nd seat to the UB 50 seat Aruba guarantee. I was expecting to get T$, as this is what they have always done in the past.

    I did not get T$, and apparently from what I just read on p5s, they do not pay out for then 2nd one at all.

    As far as I can tell, no where on their site, or in the lobbies of the qualifers, does it say you can't win twice. At no time was I ever informed that I could not win twice.

    I sent an email to UB support 2 days ago, and they have not responded.

    Any suggestions on how I should handle this? I do have someone that would buy the entry from me, btw.

    ok, they paid me , in tourney dollars, and did not say anything about not be able to play any more qualifers. Thanks for the info, all

    I wonder why that is. Apparently you can win like forty six different twelve thousand dollar packages right. That is what I keep reading about Poker HO anyway. GL.

    First off, I am sure that UB will credit your account 530 TD's. Just send them the tourney id, date, and time of the qualifier you won and you will likely get an email saying they credited you but you are ineligible to play in further qualifiers.

    I really don't get what they are trying to do with this policy, it's the oddest thing, read the email they sent me and see if you can figure out wtf or whytf they are doing this. I sent them an email complaining to them after they told me I could no longer play these, and this is what they sent me:

    "Hello!

    I really understand your point on this situation. However, we don't
    encourage people to register to the tourneys for getting tourney dollars.

    The purpose of each game is having the more people who can enjoy a
    specific event. Please be aware that we already made exceptions for
    you regarding the credits.

    For this reason, I may suggest you to do not play in any other <SPAN id=lw_1188977690_0>Aruba</SPAN> 50
    seat qualifier since you are taking the chance of other people to
    qualify.

    Please remember that the rules are the same for every player. This is
    not an exclusive statement for you since it applies to everyone. I hope
    you understand our position on this. Thanks.

    Also, we have manually credited your account for the last 2 seats won.

    If there is anything else we can do for you, please let us know.

    They clearly arent trying to screw anybody, in fact it seems as if they are "protecting the fish" by keeping the sharks away (there are at least 5 solid satellite pros that dominate these things, OP included though his volume is low :).)

    So I don't know why they let you win TD's for every other tourney but not these, but this won't be the first time that UB does something that makes no sense. In fact, UB's mtt schedule is brutal right now because the only qualifiers they have going are to this 50 seat qualifier, and I cant play in them WTF UB???? LOL.

    You will get the td's if you tell them the tourney ID and date.

    I play there because I make money there. I like their structure and interface, although the code running the interface was obv poorly written . Their customer service, and everything about the way they run their business, is amazingly poor.

    I could play more at stars, which has great everything, but so far I have lost money there.

    for me winning $ > losing $, therefore ub > stars.
