    can suck it......

    obv my ftp crashes while i am in like 10 tournies/sngs this evening and i go try and sign back on and it says my password is wrong so i had it reset and it still didn't work..... was out for like a good hour missed the 100r add on and 20r add on. I tried logging in on 3 computers....my laptop, my desktop, and my roommates computer 17 different times and an hour later i get this email back

    What pisses me off is in that in order to get compensated for everything I blinded out in. I have to email them back again and get it sorted out. It would be nice for how much I create in rake for the site they can at least tell you that you will be compensated as soon as it is all sorted out. It just doesn't make sense for a poker site that makes that much money to not have a decent security/support that can reply and have a phone number to contact. It just doesn't make sense to me when ur dealing with these millions of dollars u don't even have a phone number for support and you have to wait at least an hour to get an email back. Fitna just go to stars exclusively obv rant but it just seems like something needs to be done esp. when ur playing multiple sites how are you supposed to stay focused when shit like this happens. FUCKKKKKKKKKKK!

    Lets get this done b4 it happens to you and its too late!

    I think the problem is that nobody gives a shit until it happens to them. I'm assuming that is the basis of how FTP's support operates.
