    OK, granted $228 is not life changing money, but $228 bucks is $228 bucks.... here are the two e-mails that were sent back and forth, and there is NO WAY this can be right can it be?!?!?

    E-mail #1 from me:

    OK so we were hand for hand on the 30 rebuy just about 5 minutes ago..... tournament ID #4448625 and this happens

    We are hand for hand with 19 players left, 18 players cash.... if you go to the hand histories, you will see i began the final hand with 24k in chips, and the other guy that lost on the exact same hand had 6k in chips to start the hand

    I lost with JQo to AK and the other guy lost with 23hh to 99.... his name was G70PIG14

    We both lost on the same hand but i began the hand with more chips, therefore, I sould be the player that finishes in 18th place, therefore making the money and $228... however the tournament lobby states that i finished in 19th, and him in 18th

    This was the only tournament I had open at the time so i had the other tables open, trying to get reads on teh other players, etc, and aslo to see when we broke the bubble... WE BOTH lost on the exact same hand, so there is no reason why I should not have cashed!!

    Please correct this as I should be credited with $228 dollars to my account..... thank you very much

    The player in question, "G70PIG14" started the hand with 5,800 in chips in Stage #1759028973 at 2009-07-07 01:31:46.004 (ET) and you, started the hand with 24,112 in chips at Stage #1759028972 at 2009-07-07 01:31:46.004 (ET). At the table you were seat, the showdown was recorded at 01:32:12ET and at the "G70PIG14"'s table, it was at 01:32:13ET, you were eliminated first for 1 second difference, therefore, the system located you in 19th place. Unfortunately, this disqualifies you from the top 18 and the prize.

    They probably can't or don't want to spend the money to fix this glitch in their software, so for future reference if you are going to go all in in this situation, wait til the very last second.

    I would ask them why they even have hand for hand play. People still stall during hand for hand, so it can't be to stop stalling.

    I'd really like to hear what their explanation for hand for hand is.

    OK just got another email from them after a series of emails and the problem was corrected.... sheesh

    First and foremost, we would like to apologize for this inconvenience. As a matter of fact, the hand for hand rule was not applied by the system on this case.

    Allow us to inform you that we have credited your account with $228, in order to match the prize of the 18th place of the tourney and also the case was escalated to our programmers to that can check it and rectify it for future tourneys.

    this happened to me like 2 years ago. they credited my acct too after a couple emails, but LOL at them for still having this glitch in the software.
