Hey guys, i was trying to reg for the 3.30 5K gtd and accidently dbl clicked the 109 turbo 30K gtd on stars. seeing as this is a substantial portion of my stars BR, i would preferably like to not play this and get my money back. i've heard of things like this happening before where people just sat out and the site refunded them their money. does this happen often? or would i be taking a big risk by doing this? aaarrrrgghh! any help would be great. thanks in advance!

yeah i know its my own fault for not paying attention... ;T
currently sitting out.
Reason: wanted to point out my own stupidity.. -
beautiful. thanks bonf! my mind is at ease.

Pretty sure you should just check out the thread LAG approach to MTT's and just win it.
Srsly tho, sit out and don't play a hand. I think stars would refund you seeing your playing history. -
I dont normally play on stars (that may change soon) but cant you adjust your lobby settings to your buy in range like you can with FTP?
-
They will probably do this, but this business practice surprises me since they do not deduct $100 from the prize pool thus taking the loss themselves.. GL OP, hopefully you get refunded, and kudos to stars for taking the loss if it happens..

i would suggest using the the tourney limits on great tool against not having a bankroll depleted in hours if your account gets hacked as well.

let us know how they handled it -
changed the limits in my lobby because of this thread, hope everything works out futureboy.

usually when people get refunded, it is because they won a satalite to a target tournament, where they didnt play any hands. i dont know what stars would do in this situation, but i would be playing the mtt
