  1. Due to my mother's state of health I will not be able to go to Aruba. Can UB somehow refund my buy in or roll it over to next year? This is a very stressfull emergency and I'd appreciate if someone could get back to me ASAP. PM me anything if you can help, thanks.

    ub support told me to email that and that they were expecting my email and they got back to me almost immediately, because i had to make arrangements due to an inflexible exam date.

    They wont be able to help you directly. But they get it to the people you need right away.

  12. gl randal. maybe you can come into contact with one of the players already down there to help you get in touch with them in person, but yea, try shaundeeb. gl.
  13. Will these options work? I'm just throwing them out there:

    1. Randall, you could possibly try this- Call the Kahnawake Gaming Commission as I believe they have control over UB or used to. Their number in Canada is (450)635-1139. I didn't try to contact them, hopefully this is still their contact number as I found it in a forum online. Maybe call them, and tell them the unfortuante situation and maybe they have a direct contact number to one of their represenatives carrying an international cell phone in Aruba or a direct contact with them at the hotel.

    2. Call 1-866-605-0311 that is the only UB support number I found. I called them a while back and they are a third party company based out of San Jose, Costa Rica to take calls and support UB members. They may have an emergency contact phone number of a UB rep or tourney director currently in Aruba.
