I've been an off and on lurker here for a while, but don't post much. But I really need some help with situations like this.
This is a 45 man SNG. Down to the final 6, so we just passed the bubble. My read on the open raiser is that his range is probably any pair, JTs and up, and maybe A2-A5s and AT and up. But that's what I think his range is for an open shove--I struggle with figuring out the 3x raise and I struggle with the fact that there is the BB still to act. Is this an easy fold? Or an easy re-steal shove? And is your play any different if the open raiser open shoves instead?
Thanks. I suck at these re-steal situations and need some help.

Shove, but dont expect the villain to fold his hand as he will feel commited and not so deep either.

Does anybody ever us a reverse stop n go here? (flat call, move all in on almost any flop) I've had some success with it.

Courtside Sport raises to 3,600
We aren't deep enough for that. I haven't run an ICM but I feel like this is a ship.
[edit]
Nope, its a fold but only just - ATs is what you need to call the button's open :)
He didn't shove, only raised - I still shove here.

Can you give an idea of how many more chips you'd need?
The impression i had for a stop n go was that it's most effective when the stacks are at this depth.
Assuming BB doesn't tag along there is 8400 in the pot on the flop, he is moving in for just under 4K, It is enough to get a small to mid pair to fold, or a whiffed A with a bigger kicker - and has the double bonus of pricing in his overcard draw against the low pair, or to hit his kicker against a bigger A. -
I don't consider a Stop n Go unless my shove will be at least 2/3 pot but I preferer to be overbetting the pot by 10% to 15% in case I'm up against a flush or str8 draw. Any less and you offer the correct odds to for lots of hands to call for 2 cards.
another 2 cents
