I just set up my epassport account 20 min ago.it took 10-15 min to set up my account.I am playing with my deposit money now.I used my debit card to fund my account.I verified the charge against my debit card by subtracting my "available" balance from my balance.If you can access your bank account online it is very simple.I would make sure what my available balance is before i start the verification because you only have 2 chances to get it right.It only took seconds after i signed up my card for the charge to show up in available balance.
