  1. I just attempted to make a withdraw to my bank account from epassporte and after processing it just said "Failure." So after calling Epassporte and being on hold for 20 minutes...the lady said that they were having some difficulties with checking account withdrawals and it should be fixed within 24-48 hours. Just seemed very odd. Anyone else try to withdraw to bank account today and have it not go through?
  2. i have been going through the same thing!!! same thing haapened twice (it said failure). third time it went through, but never made it to my bank acct. i called and they said it failed on thier end and they would have an answer in 24-48 hrs. i called back and they said it should be in my acct by the end of the day, no dice. i called back and the rude lady said it was an open ticket and it would be 7 - 10 days till its back in my epassporte acct, not my checking acct. so tommorrows nine days and im going to call back. thank god echeck is back in business!
  3. i'd get the epassporte visa card, so you hopefully never have to rely on their horrible excuse for customer support.

    I can have up to $600, as early as 2 minutes after it appears in my epassport account (2 minutes is how long it takes to get to the nearest ATM).

  5. Yes I tried withdrawing via US Bank account yesterday and and today and it says "Failure". I called them 10 minutes ago and they said it would be fixed by tonight. And if you are on hold for more than 5 min just hang up and call back and they answer immediately. Terrible customer support but its all we got.

  7. I made a withdraw early yesterday morning with success to my bank, Tried another this afternoon and got the failure notice, Hope it's fixed soon
     
  8. I just withdrawled successfully 5 minutes ago so hopefully its fixed now and works for everyone else.
  9. I've had my EPassPorte account frozen since July 22nd because I went over some arbitrary $ limit. I sent them a copy of my ID on July 22nd, and six weeks later, I'm still in their 7-10 day waiting period.

    They are the world's worst company and will be out of business if the US permits online poker.
     
  10. I had mine froze for 2 months. I sent them everything they requested. Then they kept asking for more stuff. After 3 weeks the last thing they said they needed was a voided check. I sent that in and waited 2 weeks and got no reply. Then they said they never recieved it. I sent it again from 3 different emails and it took them another 3 weeks to acknowledge they recieved it. After 62 days and 20+ phone calls, my account was finally unlocked. GL with yours.
  11. I dont use their checking withdraw anymore, had the same problem and it took me forever to get my money refunded. Epass withdraw is a joke.
  12. well what the hell are my other options? I play exclusively on FTP.
     
  13. Epass in general is horrible...I finally got my withdrawals to work, the fees are unbelievable
