epassporte problems....what's the quickest way to get this resolved

    According to the red message at the top of the screen, the transaction was declined by my bank, however, the funds were removed from my account, and are not available in my epassporte account.

    anyone know the quickest way for me to get my money?

    roommate had same problem exept on credit card. Sent message through webform on site, still waiting for reply 7 business days later =(

    sighhh dont use eft to bank, it always fucks up, call them immediately and they'll start an investigation, dont worry you'll get it back

    happened to me over the summer and got it back within a week or so

    oops didnt kno you were depositing...well for anyone else that reads this ^^
