  1. Has anyone ever gotten thru on the Epassporte call center??? I always get a busy signal.. I opened up an Epassporte account 3 weeks ago. I signed up for a debit card when I signed up but I have not reveived it.. I have verified my account with the mico deposits and made a deposit to FT and several WDs from FT to transfer to stars....I want to WD via ATM as I have learned my lesson with neteller ( never leave money on e wallets for longer than 10 minutes..especially since it takes 10 days to transfer directly into bank account.. I looked everwhere on the epassporte account and cant see any record of ATM order.. I even clicked on the order a ATM link to re-order and get a error message... Im just trying to find out if they have orderd my card yet... My only thought is you have to physically have 35 is the epassporte account when you order the card ( but this does not maker since since I choose the order ATM card option when I signed up for the account).... answers anyone??? I emailed Epassporte supports 8 days ago with no response....
  2. As I understand it, you must have the $35 in your account to buy the visa card.
  3. I've emailed epassporte twice and never received a response.
    Calling is definitley the way to go. Only problem with that is the only time I've ever not gotten a busy signal was at 2-4 a.m. CST. Even then, I usually get put on a hold for about 10 minutes, but at leasdt I've gotten through and gotten my questions answered.
