epassporte users, can we use it like neteller?

    Hey guys,

    I think neteller really spoiled me, I use to use them to bounce money back and forth between sites really fast, with no fees, no headaches... that was online poker bliss. The best part was, i never deposited into neteller, the first funds to ever to enter my neteller account back in the day was a poker site withdrawal, so i never even had a bank account or credit card associated with it, those were the days..

    So anyway, i've checked out epassporte's website, and done a search on the forum, and am still not sure about something; if I open a '<span>Visa Virtual Account', which is apparently free, can I avoid the hassles of charges, delays & document verification by NEVER depositing/loading/reloading, or even withdrawing, but just use it as a hassle free 'funds conduit' between sites like i use to with neteller? Just withdraw from one, and put in another every week, but have the sites cut me a check when i want my money, or is that not possible?</span>

    This would probably work but you will have to fund it once from a credit card or bank account.

    argh, ok, so the first funding for sure can't be a withdrawal from a site? I knew neteller spoiled me!
