Not only did he dis Layne Flack for the high five... which was classic! His joke dissin PHil Helmuth when he got his beer saying "whats that Phil, u did ok at the HOldem but not the ORSE was also genius. I want to party with this dude.
-
and?
-
Do you really want to start ANOTHER thread on this? Give it a rest.

I agree with Randers.
I also think the younger guy handled himself very well considering how Scotty Nyguen was acting. That shit was ridiculous. I really can't believe someone close to him didn't tell him to STFU and relax. It was awkward watching him clown himself like that, I'm embarassed for him. -
lindgren is the man
-
no one accused scotty of collusion. what are u talking about?
-
He did seem like a really cool guy at the fantasy draft. Ship, you go to the kingpin suite Gavin had for the party. My buddy is the one that got the room for him, and it looked pretty trashed the next day, lol.

I finally got to watch that last night and I couldn't believe all the blatant collusion by Scotty. Not only was he blatantly helping out Lindgren, but he was openly talking about it at the table. It was embarrasing to watch especially when Scotty was going off on the cocktail server.
DeMichelle even though he threw it back at Scotty a little stayed a lot more composed then I could have. I would have said a whole lot more then "i'm disappointed in you Scotty".
I'm a big Lindgren fan now though for calling the floor over when Flack came running up to the table (obvious douchebag), and for calling out Scotty. -
Agreed. Respect!
-
I haven't seen the show yet - what is the collusion eric talks about with scottie?
-
when it was 3 handed, during omaha h/l, scotty raised on the button w AA3x and lindgren cld from bb..he was already pretty short (under 1 million chips). and flop came J high, they both check..and scotty folds when eric leads the turn.. obv chip dump..made me sick..
-
that's not really collusion imo. it was more of a tactical move that he hoped would benefit himself. collusion, to me, is 2 players who agree beforehand to work together at the table over a period of time during the game.
-
WAT?! nothing even close to collusion..

scotty folded the turn
scotty AA3T
erick QQ48
board
36JJ
erick raised scotty and having no low draw and facing the strong possibility he was drawing to 2 outs for the high, scotty opted to fold.. probably a bad fold all things considered.. but not terrible and certainly not collusion
**EDIT** meant to quote the post above the one selected -
Lindgren is the man for many reasons. First, he handles himself very well at this final table and was a class act. He was also hilarous with his comments like "I will never be on team Scotty" and so on. Second, he is an absolute beast in limit holdem. If you watched the HORSE and the mixed holdem event, he made some sick sick calls and sick laydowns in limit holdem. Finally, anyone who can walk 4 rounds of golf and shoot under 100 in a Las Vegas summer day is just sick.

ya collusion takes place when two players collude together . . .

well said

wasnt a big lindgren fan before but now i am -
sweet science you are quite a noob
he is the OG Cajun... Kajun copied him -
they didn't have to... Scotty outright admitted he was trying to help out Lindgren 3 handed...
Lindgren obv was having no part of it tho, so it's more like Scotty was soft playing, but that is one half of collusion and almost as bad... -
there is a great 10 min comp on youtube... vid was posted here yesterday, should be an easy find...
