If you're using neteller to mainly just cash out to then I would have the account in your currency. If you use it more to transfer money between different poker sites then have it in dollars.

Yeah, that will work. Whenever you transfer money from one currency to another somebody (neteller/bank etc) usually take a small fee. Thats why I have neteller in dollars and only use it to transfer money between sites so I dont have to keep paying a currency conversion fee. Whenever I want to actually cash out I'll either do a bank transfer direct from the poker site to my bank account or a refund back to my debit card.
