    Anyone else using this currently having problems cashing out?

    I use ewalletxpress to cashout when I play on the Cake Network and have cashed out approximately 6 times prior to this time and never had a problem until now. The cashouts always took about the same amount of time before(1 week).

    This time it has taken multiple weeks and I still have not received my funds. I tried talking to them via live chat but their responses were pretty vague and they just mentioned technical problems. Should I be worried or is this pretty standard?

    I made a small cashout from Carbon to Ewalletxpress and received the funds in 2-3 days. I was then able to deposit on another Merge skin. No issues here!

    yes big probs they said they need to contact my bank..that they say i have my funds but its not in my bank..so idk guy said he doesnt kno how much longer till it will be its $405 so kinda sucks be nice to have my money

    That sounds bad. Somethings definitely going on. They didn't say they had to contact my bank though. They just kept mentioning "technical difficulties" that occured over the weekend. I hope we get our cash!

    I have sort of the opposite thing happening. I made a deposit into Ewalletexpress on November 28th and they have yet to take my funds from my bank account although they said they did. Go figure.
