    why did nothing ever come of this cheating. everyone knew noah boeken was using multiple accounts when he won a huge tourney under el capitano. gank made a big deal out of it, but it noah never lost any $$$. he still is playing both accounts.

    I don't know if you or anyone can prove that he is still playing multiple accounts, and that is the problem, as far as them "doing anything about it" is concerned. He said he took over for a friend after he was out, and I guess stars couldn't prove that he was lying and had some abiguity in their rules about this. I know that they changed their rules and reaffirmed their stance on this after that issue.

    yeah, pokerstars was like the NFL... didnt have the "tuck rule" when they needed it.
