  1. So I get an email from "Ron Martin-Neteller" which is clearly a scam since it is different from every email I get from neteller:

    Dear NETELLER member,

As a valued NETELLER member, you have been selected to participate in an important study to help us identify and determine features for new products and services for our customers.
This online survey will take only 15 minutes to complete, and the information provided will be extremely valuable in helping us to deliver products and services that best meet your needs. All responses will be strictly confidential and reviewed only in the aggregate with other participant responses.
If you complete the survey by November 30, 2006, your name will be entered into a drawing for a 30GB iPod®, valued at $399.

Please click on the link ***at the end of this message*** to take the survey now.

If you are interested, you may also learn more about this survey, about NETELLER, review the terms and conditions of the drawing or view our privacy policy. Please note that all responses to the survey are strictly confidential and will be reviewed in the aggregate to identify the overall needs and opinions of our members.

Thank you in advance for your participation.

    Ron Martin, CEO

  9. Jesus Christ, people can be gullible.

    THIS IS 100% A SCAM.

Why would they host the survey on on another site?

Even worse, why would they host he TERMS AND CONDITIONS on another site?

  10. I just checked out the survey, and im not sure how its a scam, but i guess it could be in some way. But it doesnt ask for your log-in or PW for anysite, just basic survey info

  11. hosting the survey on a different site isn't that uncommon, but i got the same email and the email address that sent it did not end in neteller.com. that's why i thought it was a scam.

  23. Its funny cuz its most likely true.
  24. Ahh. Didn't p5's survey a while back have the host on a different site?
  25. Zoomerang is a survey website used by some of the largest companies in America to conduct surveys. I work for Dell and we use it as our survey service. May or may not be a scam.
  26. for those of you that think this isn't a scam...something that stands out to me is how the email is adressed...as "Dear NETELLER Member" and if they really were legit I would expect them to already HAVE your name..just a thought
  27. So maybe I'm retarded for doing so, but I checked it out. They didn't ask for any information other than the email address that they already had sent the original message to. Also, i have a mac, so I wasn't too worried about the link being shady. Anyway, I'll let you all know how my ipod works when i get it.
  28. i dont think this is a scam,

generally its not a good idea to do these things, just in case.

i think the bigger question is, is there anyone who doesnt have an ipod or mp3 player yet?

    tc
  29. Even pokerstars uses zoomerang for their online surveys, I dont think its a scam
  30. You are the scum of the earth....get a job, learn a trade instead of scamming people you piece of shit. You deserve to be raped and sodomized by a flaming pineapple. You fucking disgust me.
