    I play on their and have done quite well. However, the last two checks that they have issued to me have BOUNCED!

    This has caused me an additional $300 in banking fees.

    Oh and the last check of $1,200.00 they are currently holding for what they describe as "technical" issues on the check processing company's part.

    Does sportsbook have a history of doing this? I have recently switched over to sportsbook because the play is so soft. I requested a check 2 days ago and am REALLY hoping it doesn't bounce....

    really, can we just talk about cashouts from sportsbook? I dont' care if its slow as long as it comes in the end, anyone have any experience

    I played on Sportsbook for about a year under the name Think and I had no problem cashing out... All checks came early and no problem with depositing them

    Use Quick Tender, money in my account in 24 hours ready to cash out to my bank. Much faster than checks and it doesn't bounce.

    So I just had a good chat with sportsbook live chat that I have decided to share:

    Hello, my name is Erick Robinson. How may I help you today?

    You: I requested a cashout a couple days ago, and simply wanted to know how long it was expected to take

    Erick Robinson: Please bear with me while I look up your account details.....

    Erick Robinson: The 10-15 business day timeframe given is what we aim to meet however when circumstances beyond our control occur we have to be realistic. At this stage, we want to be as upfront with our customers as possible. We are working to get new processors on board and once we do, the withdrawal timeframe will return to the faster schedule we all prefer.

    You: So how long is this cashout expected to take?

    Erick Robinson: We are not going to give you unrealistic timeframes. The truth of the matter is that we don't know exactly how long this process will take. Please rest assured that we are currently reviewing several alternatives which will get your funds to you as soon as possible.

    You: I understand you are currently having processor problems, I would just like to know some sort of timeframe that is expected because 10-15 business days seems to be out the window

    Erick Robinson: Please rest assured your withdrawal will be with you as soon as possible. Please accept my sincere apologies for any inconvenience you have suffered.

    You: You are being very patient with me and I understand that you have a script you are supposed to follow, is there anywhere in the script in which you tell me a ballpark figure for how long it is currently expected a cashout will take?

    Erick Robinson: Safeinst at this time unfurtunately,we do not know how long it is going to take to resolve this matter.

    Clearly this was not the answer I was hoping for

    started playing on players only in DEC and played through may(lol stars chat ban) and cashed out over 15 times and never had a prob with them(other than them charging for more than 1 cashout a month), ive played there sparingly the last couple months but still have a few k on there, lol pretty worried now thanks

    I never had a problem with em when I used epassporte to get my money out of my account, so I don't know about the issues with the checks. Don't we all hate it when we have cashout options so few right now? And then the checks that ya wait for up to 30 days, bounce? Only in this messed up society we live in today.

    Every site is having problems with their processors. I dont think its just a coincendence that 90% of the sites are struggling on that end right now. I imagine finding a processor isnt the easiest thing to do in these days.

    Either accept it as it is or dont play online until the mess is cleaned up.

    The site bashing is getting old though as clearly its on the processor end of things.

    I am not bashing sportsbook, i just find it highly unacceptable that despite being able to deposit instantly they can not even tell me how long it will take to cash out.

    precisely, isnt it ironic, dont ya think!!! lolz, i mean how can they accept money which they are in turn investing and turning a profit on, however, not be able to cash out a check without it bouncing? i mean are they that terrible with money management, i would assume not. so i guess there is some process that is yet to have a standardized routine which sends a check back to the peeps who they originally took it from in the first place! it sounds as if there is some grey area which we dont know about, but afterall, there is so much going on reguarding the industry, i guess its understandable, but you definately deserve some sort of time frame as to when you will receive your payout!!

    I play on cake, got a check before it was all good, just took a little while..and i just requested a check the other day hopefully this wont bounce..but i play on cake software, so hopefully its not all the affilates

    I have almost 12 grand comming to me I requested cash out in June still dont have money.. they a couple of weeks ago offered me bank wire I thought cool.. this will go faster.. BS have not got paid yet... Damn it I need the money..
