1. Like most of the poker players out there, poker for me is a hobby that I enjoy after school and work, and during my free time. Of course it is every poker players dream to support themselves financially by playing poker all day. Being a rational person I realize that I will most likely never quite understand the game as well, nor see the success that some young online players are fortunate enough to be a part of. The purpose of this post however is to inquire about the jobs within the poker industry that are available for college graduates. Being a third year college student studying Real Estate/Finance, I am just now beginning to look for internships and job opportunities. So what jobs are available in the poker industry for college graduates with a business background?
2. are you prepared to move to a foreign country for the rest of your life?
3. lol Kice you dont have to live in a foriegn country to work in the online poker industry!

Sheets and Bax owns PFX and both live in the US. I think Nat or N 82 and he owns or did own thepokerdb I think and lives in the US but I could be wrong about that.

Those are just a couple examples of people who work in the online poker industry who didnt have to move even though their sites are linked in some way to online poker.
4. I am not trying to be a dick, but funny how we answer people's questions from our own frame of reference. Though this is an online-forum, the OP never said anything about online poker specifically. Just poker related jobs in general. Probably lots of opportunities in companies like casinos, poker tours, etc. but may not be glamorous.
5. There are a lot of finance/accounting related positions at casinos, especially in Vegas. Take a look at the websites of the major casinos or their parent companies and you might find some opportunities that interest you.
6. where do you go to school?
