hey guys whats the best way to go here first live tournament
sunnies?
ipod?
anything else to help? -
Anything that'll make u feel more comfortable at the table. Just play how u would normally play. Try not to talk much during hands if ur playing against good players, cause it might reveal the strength of ur hand if ur not careful. Try not to take it too seriously tho if its a small game, cause its suppose to be fun and social as well :)

It's usually chilly in casinos so wear pants and bring a hoodie or wear sleeves

you dont understand how badly youre going to need an mp3 player. every time i play live the table is filled with the middle aged to 55+ people who are horrible and just blurt out random poker cliches at every opportunity they can get. poker rooms are always cold for some reason. eat a decent meal before the tourney, but not too big to where you have to take a shit during.
