    No, I didn't win....But I did ok in the $3R today on stars, mid 200's for 1 rebuy plus add-on. These are a LOT of fun, much more so than a freeze-out and if you don't make too many reloads, then it has quite an overlay vs your buyin ($37K pool today with 2900ish players, bought in for $9 vs avg of $13 per head).

    And my very first TLB points, 50 of them, lol!

    rebuys are alot better than freezeouts imo, partly due to me making money in them, so ya

    yeah the 3 rebuy is a blast til you finish 140th every day for a week and waste 30 hrs of your life and win like 200 bucks.

    i like the rebuys alot better than freezeouts just because the stack are deeper. but with the number of players and the amount of time you have to play id have to say the 3r is my most hated tournament.

    I play limit cash games for bankroll building and was in the $3R to get in tournament mode for the Team Canada WSOP freeroll final an hour later. Unfortunately, took a couple of 2 outer bad beats and finished 150th or so :-(

    I totally agree with tendog, that these would be a bugger to try to build a bankroll with, but they sure are a lot of fun and it ends up being deepstack poker which gets you lots of play.

    And playing these everyday is completely out of the question, I've got a little thing called a job that gets in the way! Amazing how much of your time they want when they pay you well...

    So for those of us who like it for fun, I'll see you again at the $3R tables.
