i iso

well, u have a 27, 24, and 22 big blind stack to act behind you. If you flat this raise, putting 17,500 in the pot, and the 27 bb stack shoves, u will be getting about 2.25-1 to make the call , so you will be getting your chips in no matter what decision you end up making. I think that either an iso min raise or iso shove are both correct in this spot. Flatting isn't horrible, but I would not recommend. What did you end up doing?

</TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE> -
Iso raise baby.
-
im not understanding how fold in someones equation. care to elaborate?
-
lolololololololol
-
this one is tough, i thaught about it for about 3 seconds and then came up with the conclusion thet i iso about 99% of the time. The 1% i act differently is if i spontaneously combust and somehow knock the mouse to click fold or call......
-
seriously if ur folding here can we play HU all day every day...........
-
i ended up shoving and sucked out vs. the UTG's AK lol
but pretty sure that it was the correct ISO
thanks for the advice -
why is flatting bad here?
if you flat you might be able to bring in another player with a weaker holdings and put more money in the pot, rather than just isolate the original shover...and if you were planning to shove anyway, you would be calling the re-raise regardless??
is my thinking wrong here -
insert the rest of your remaining chips into the middle.
-
flat, call shove > iso
-
this was my original thought which is why i wrote flat initially but then looking at stack sizes of people left to act iso seems find just cuz i feel there is no need to get tricky and overthink a seemingly straightforward situation ... i definitely was thinknig this too however
