  2. I c-bet as they'd expect me to. I raised pre, and now I bet 50% of the pot as I'd do 75% of the time. This kind of flop hits people hard. You won't make any money anyway unless they have hit it two red sixes, or two red queens for that matter aren't putting a lot of money in. I'm playing for stacks here. Against reasonable players, one probably has a set, or maybe TT.

Better reason - any 10, spade, 7, Q etc will completley kill your action, right? if they ended up checking behind, will anbody call if those hit.

Having said all that check-shove could be ok, but this builds a bigger pot faster and if they check behind it sucks.

And if they do raise, I'm shoving, because two pair, bottom set, etc might fold - and they have great equity (well they are ahead).

  3. The board is wet enough that there are tons of hands that at least one villain can peel with. I make it about 2/3 to 3/4 pot (didn't do the exact math) so I can get their stacks in on the turn. The effective stack is about $7k so I would find the amount that gives a pot sized shove on the turn, unless I hit. Then I might only bet 1/3 pot on the turn....booyah
  4. You flopped good but you only have draws & overs. You are OOP and lots of ways you can be behind here - str8s, sets even JsTs eats up a huge chunck of your equity. It looks great and you'll have to play it but its easy to be on the wrong end of a 70/30 here.

Put in your c-bet and hope you don't get shoved.

    my 2 cents
  5. i mix it between check raising this flop and cbeting- with these stacks i think i like check raising, and obv leading turn for 3/4 pot or so if flop gets checked around- check raising here makes you look very strong and narrows their range basically to sets and straights, and maybe KJss
