I have played with Seat 5 before. My read is that he is aggressive and I have seen him bluff often, he often make moves and I have seen him bet flush draws heavy. This night though I have been at the table with him for an hour and he seems to be palying much tighter than usual. I have still seen him make two unusual plays though, he flopped top pair from the blinds with 4-8 and bet it pretty hard. Another time he bet hard into a board twice and folded on a bet a little more than a min reraise.
What's your move?

That's a tough one. In this situation, given that there are both straight AND flush draw on the boards, I think your better move would be to fold.

Because you are calling $14 into a $43 pot I woudl call and see the turn. If your opponet does have the straight or the flush and is aggressive (as you say he is) then you may double up if you hit your full house. You also give him a chance to check behind you if he did flop a draw. On the turn if you don't make a boat or quads then you will probably have to gibve him the pot if he makes a large bet, but given his play it won't be easy to fold if he bets small. If he bets half the pot or less I call on the turn as well given his strange play.
This also isn't that bad a time to get all your chips in if necessary. Only you know how crazy he was actually playing, but if you think he doesn't ahve it now would be a good time to put him to the test because you ahve a reasonable redraw to beat either the flush or the straight. The only thing you are really scared of is a higher set which leaves you drawing to one card.
If he does have the straight or the flush then you are drawing to 7 outs on the turn and ten outs on the river which isn't all that bad. If he does have hte hand you are a 2 to 1 dog, but I don't think you can give the guy a lot of credit here. A lot of players would play their hands more slowly here with a flopped monster. -
I agree with Fox, if he did flop a monster, he wouldn't be so aggresively trying to get you to fold. He may very well trying to protect top pair, the straight, or trying to steal. Take your time, call the bet and see what the turn brings. This should give you loads of information because it tells him you have a hand. I would seriously doubt he was betting a straight draw this way, so if a spade falls on 4th he'll slow WAY down, b/c he had to put you on a spade. The other side of this is if he has the straight with a high spade. Either way, if the board pairs, lead into him with a bet of 1/2 the pot and you are sure to get reraised, if a spade falls you probably check-fold. If he slows to the 4th spade, he either made the nut flush or had the straight without a spade, either way here, you get a free card.
