Thinking of heading down to Florida for a few days of R & R -- suggestions on poker rooms I should play/stay away from? How has it been down there since they upped the limits?
Thanks,

Flager Dogtrack in miami is full of donks>>>>>>>

Naples fort myers dogtrack is full of bigger donks. Id agree going farther south though there's 3 rooms in the miami area and they're all good.

Fort Lauderdale/Miami definitely has the most variety of poker rooms. Both full blown casinos and the little dog tracks and jai alai places. Most everywhere else you stay in FL will just have a few dog tracks and maybe 1 casino nearby. And I have to believe for a visitor from Idaho, South Florida is gonna be the best place to be outside of the poker playing. This not being said just because I live here. It's a pretty popular opinion.

Def would stay somewhere in Ft. Laud (where I live). You have Hardrock within 15 min and isles within 25. Both full of easy games. Rooms are still swamped since stakes were raised. Either way being in laud gives you an opp to travel to Miami if you want to be a tourist. Only 30 min ride away tops.

Hard Rock in Hollywood is your best bet...You got Cash games and Decent Tourneys and if you dont feel like playing cards, you got about 10 Different Bars and Clubs to Have a few drinks.

^^, the isles is around the way, there's a bunch more rooms down in south Fl

But, the Tampa area has a few as well including the Hrock over there + Luckys and Derby lane is down in St pete....
