Florida Cash Game at Hardrock Hollywood

    Hello everyone,

    My first post is a hand from a cash game I played earlier. To setup the hand, its a 2-5 nl game and ive got about 750$ in front. The same players had been playing since the table opened about 3 hours earlier. One player "Donkey" was playing wild. For example, he showed down 3 7 suited for a full house after opening UTG with it!!!

    Moral of this story is the cash games at hardrock are juicy!

    Donkey opens to 30$ in early position, I raise with pocket 9's to 85$, everyone folds he calls.
    flop: Kd 8d 2s He checks, i bet 65$, he calls.
    turn: 4c He checks, i bet 100$, he calls.
    river: 5s He shoves for 230$, i tank and call. He shows Q8 and I flip 99.

    i mean, could care less about OPs brag but, all kidding aside, cash games in Florida, especially Hardrock Hollywood are the nuts.

    There's a ton of gimps, with heaps of money who just come in and donate. + the place itself is cool and it doesn't get much better than just being in South Florida.

    i was told i needed to go play a few sessions live at my local poker room in south florida...that was 2 months ago.. i used to grind online every free second i had...ill play online on sundays maybe if that at all. they are literally giving away money in florida live cash games right now.

    if i ever play live,the hard rock is a joke if you get the right table.Last time i went,got in a huge fight on a triple all in,then i proceeded to slowroll this old israeli,after he told me hes hopes i lose every penny in my roll,before we flipped over cards

    Moral of the story was that South Florida cash games are profitable. I am an average player with no tournament success and I consistently for the past 3 months have beat these south florida cash games.
    Other juicy to play are the Isle casino, Coconut Creek Casino, Calder Racetrack, and Mardi Gras casino.

Player pushes all in for $250, 2d player calls all in, 3d player calls covering both. 1st player has TT, 2d player has 99, 3d player has . . . . QJo. No pair, no draw, no sense. River was, of course, a Q. 30 minutes later I raise $10 in late position with KK. (2 limpers in before me) QJo in above hand raises to $22 in big blind. limpers piss/moan/call. I raise to $100. QJo raises to $222. 1st limper piss/moan/fold, 2d limper piss/moan/call all in. I call. Flop was 3 5 T off. QJo pushes all in. I instacall for $375. Limper has 99. QJo has . . . QJo. Again.     I haven't had a hand hold at any of the South Florida poker rooms in ages. Sometimes I believe the dealers moonlight dealing on Full Tilt.
