  1. I am getting my butt handed to me lately with AA and KK. I'm not limping, I'm raising like I should pre-flop to get the trash out, usually 4x or maybe 7x if there are tons of limpers. I am getting out flopped by trips and flush's. I know I'm not going to win with these hole cards all the time, but I'm just wondering, if any if you fold after the flop with AA. Of course it's easy to fold KK if flop has an ace, but let's say there are no over cards, your tournies at risk with someone betting, do you still call? Thank you for reading this post, and I look forward to reading the replies.
  2. this is ridicolous it just happened to me again in the deepstack tourney. AA I raise 5x blind and get called. Flop 665 2 hearts, I push to get called by 65. WTF?

You raised 5BB? Is this a usual raise for you? Was it usual as far as this guy would've observed it? Or would this guy have picked up that you made an exceptional raise and might just bust you with the right flop? Not terrible play by him, stacksize depending.

For what it's worth (not a lot), I'd find it pretty difficult to lay down Aces on the flop. I'd have to get 4 bet into to consider it.
  4. Good point. So I guess I'm overplaying it, and people are gambling to bust me. I get scared to raise normal 3x or 4x if I have calling stations though.....but I'll try and play it normal to see what happens. Thnx!

  5. It really depends if I fold them or not. Factors such as stack size, my opponent, flop texture, pot size, his bet size, his range, what he thinks mine is etc. Obv u have to do this for every hand but don't forget to with monsters like KK/AA. Also remember AA is not a guaranteed win, they'll get cracked a lot.

  6. Yes, I can dodge bullets baby.

The secret is to fold when they hit the flop and it's better than your hand, and when their hand is worse, you want to call or raise. I'll let you wrap your head around that for a few weeks, pm for lessons.
