That's enough raising to tell me to fold.

Don't 4 bet if you're intent is to fold (or even consider a fold) to a 5b shove. If your intent is to 4b/fold then you're much better off flatting the 3b and taking a flop. Being the fact that this is button vs blind, and you have QQ I'm 4b/snap calling the shove here.
Also, make your 4b sizing about $5.50 - $5.75.
